The Ask a Librarian information service is a Virtual Reference Desk, This service is intended primarily for the students, faculty and staff of Nirma University. A response will usually be sent within 24-48 hours, except on weekends and holidays, also Library staff will be glad to assist you with queries relating to:

• Library services and policies
• Finding information on a particular subject, for your assignment, on your reading list or course outline
• Developing a search strategy
• Accessing Library resources including electronic databases
• The Library collections
• Loan conditions
